Engineering
Own the product end-to-end. You'll work across our Next.js dashboard and FastAPI backend — from campaign creation flows to Shopify integrations to real-time call dashboards. Strong TypeScript and Python skills required.
Voice AI
Work on the voice pipeline powering every confirmation call. You'll fine-tune prompts for Urdu/English code-switching, optimise latency in our real-time STT→LLM→TTS pipeline, and build the logic that handles objections and edge cases.
Customer Success
Be the first point of contact for Pakistani e-commerce businesses onboarding onto Pukaar. You'll guide them through setup, help them get their first campaign live, and build long-term relationships that drive retention.
